Management Recruiters of New Glarus is a search and recruitment firm specializing in the medical industry.  Our company was founded at the beginning of the Year 2000, with the vision of creating partnerships with leading companies in the medical industry.  We pride ourselves on bringing together highly qualified and successful professionals to join the companies we partner to create synergies that will drive results.  Our management team is focused on understanding the markets we serve.  My fully understanding the strategic vision of our clients, we are able to offer services that will assist them to meeting the goals and objectives established by the company. 

Our Management Team:

Gary Hooper, Managing Partner:
Gary brings over 30 years experience in the medical industry.  Prior to starting Management Recruiters of New Glarus, he worked in Sales Management for several leading medical organizations.  These included Spacelabs Medical, Baxter Healthcare, Nicolet Biomedical (Viasys) and several start-ups companies.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M and an MBA from Babson College, Boston, MA.  He focuses in the Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Clinical Applications markets.

Gerry Hooper, Managing Partner:
Gerry brings over 8 years of extensive recruiting experience as a project coordinator and account executive.  Her focus is identifying Clinical Support Specialists nationally in the imaging, respiratory and neurodiagnostic markets.  She manages our 3 project coordinators in identifying candidates nationally.

Jennifer O’Brien, Project Coordinator:
Jennifer is responsible for identifying candidates for the Eastern United States.  She is located in Boston and has an excellent background in utilizing the search tools available within the MRI Network to identify highly qualified professionals.

Kimberly Yantz, Project Coordinator:
Kimberly is responsible for identifying candidates for the Western United States.  She is located in San Francisco, where she utilizes her extensive experience in management to partner with other recruiting companies in identifying qualified candidates.

Jason Hooper, Office Assistant:
Jason is responsible for keeping us organized.  He organizes our offices by maintaining and managing our filing and database systems.  His experience with computers has been valuable in creating a streamlined system for company.
